URGENT: 2 weeks to Grandfather Your Section-181-Benefit

We are fast approaching the end of the year and that means you have two weeks left to grandfather your Section-181 benefit.

I encourage you to be proactive and take the necessary steps to grandfather your film or TV series (up to 44 episodes). This is a valuable incentive for attracting equity investors to your projects.

    Is this the end of 181?
    Or is this just the deadline for 2011 credit?

      After reading your other post it looks like this is the end of 181.
      I wonder, what are the chances of a reinstatement?
      I think this is already the second or third time 181 has been resurrected?
